Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and organize displays to maintain a neat and appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet sales targets and store goals.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and fully stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid ID.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
