Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and requests efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of customer cases.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system accurately.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet departmental targets.
Qualifications

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
