- Operations Support: Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing returns and exchanges.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stocking shelves, organizing display areas, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Communication: Relay customer feedback and inquiries to the management team promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer issues with patience and efficiency to resolve complaints on the spot.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training for all new hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
