Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash or card payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all shoppers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
