Job Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our weekend operations team. As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Organize merchandise on shelves to ensure a neat and appealing store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and break areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
