Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone or email with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to maintain inventory levels and organize stock displays.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago location.
