Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs to ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system while maintaining cash accountability.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Perform basic cleaning duties to uphold a high standard of hygiene and safety.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- A valid state ID or driver's license is required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
