Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the weekend.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
