Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service at high-traffic weekend events
- Process transactions using POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Manage inventory and stock weekend promotional materials

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 8am-6pm)

- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Basic fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Background check clearance required
