Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival and during their visit.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth weekend operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
