- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for a high first-contact resolution rate.
- Accurately update customer records in CRM systems and maintain detailed logs of interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during every shift.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
