Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. (Flexible hours available).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
