Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries about services.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash handling procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockrooms.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
