Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and inventory checks during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
