Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Operational Management: Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently, including cash handling, register operations, and security audits.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring product displays are inviting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and staff to achieve daily targets and foster a positive team culture.
- Adaptability: Flexibly adjust to changing priorities and assist in other areas of the store as needed to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer bases.
