What You Will Do:
As a Weekend Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand. You will interact with our valued customers, process transactions efficiently, and ensure our facility runs smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and order status.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance goals and service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas location.
