- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Assist in training new hires and onboarding processes when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows or Mac operating systems.

- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
