Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and orders.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and manage cash handling.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency during peak weekend hours.
- Update customer records and inventory databases with precision.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
