Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Store Operations: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.
- Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels and communicate re-order needs to management to ensure product availability.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Math Skills: Strong basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions well.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
