Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, providing clear solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Log all interactions and transactions accurately into our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their feedback is communicated to management for continuous improvement.
- Process Orders & Returns: Efficiently handle product orders, returns, and exchanges within established policies.
Qualifications
