Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and answering inquiries professionally.
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency.
- Ensure the sales floor and workspaces are clean, safe, and organized.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly operational goals.
- Perform light physical duties such as lifting boxes and moving stock.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
