Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Update customer records and track service tickets in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Provide product information and guide customers through technical troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-pressure weekend shifts.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts clearly.
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating web-based applications.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
