Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service standards.
- Keep the sales floor organized and welcoming for weekend shoppers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Reliable transportation is required.
