Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues and escalate tickets when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while managing high call volumes during peak weekend hours.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Shift).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
