Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding products, services, and account inquiries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Update customer records accurately in the internal database after every interaction.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all call center scripts and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
