- Adhere to all company policies and compliance standards during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing (30+ wpm).
- Must be available to work scheduled weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely (North Carolina/Mesa).
