Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound and Outbound Communications: Handle high-volume phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries regarding orders, returns, and account status.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders into our enterprise ERP system with a focus on speed and precision.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or billing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or retail operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (or Saturday through Monday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, courteous tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to data accuracy.
