Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data privacy standards
- Collaborate with weekend support teams to escalate complex cases effectively
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and handle time targets
- Contribute to weekend service improvement initiatives through feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with active listening capabilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend schedules with adaptable hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling customer escalations
