Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Update customer records in the CRM database accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure quality standards.
- Provide clear product information and guidance to customers to enhance their experience.
- Document all interactions and transactions according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
