Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, account status, and product information.
- Document all interactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and adherence to call metrics.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve overall service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
