Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails regarding products, orders, and account inquiries.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM systems.
- Process Orders: Process returns, exchanges, and new orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure service continuity.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing business needs.
