- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Identify and escalate potential product or service improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data privacy and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
