Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate them appropriately to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless service delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Assist in training new team members during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required for weekend shifts.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
