Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm smile, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our Los Angeles store.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high cash-handling standards.
- Stock shelves and maintain store organization, visual merchandising, and cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Reliable transportation to the Sunset Boulevard location.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
