Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized service to weekend guests at our boutique hotel
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Participate in weekend inventory management
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm or 4pm-12pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with payment systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
- Prior customer service experience preferred
