Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and issue resolution
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute efficient inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols during all shifts
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Adapt to peak weekend rushes with composure and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency and math aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Buckhead location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Previous weekend/shift work experience a plus
