Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints including in-store assistance, phone inquiries, and digital support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store presentation and operational standards
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional campaigns
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures during operating hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work all Saturday and Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in dynamic environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for store locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
