Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns efficiently using company systems
- Process orders, returns, and payments while maintaining accuracy
- Document interactions in CRM systems and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Meet weekly performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail or tech support
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Flexibility to cover rotating shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM weekends)
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque-area businesses and services
