Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising tasks
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store standards and safety protocols
- Support special weekend promotions and events as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
