As a key member of our guest experience team, you'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining a vibrant shopping environment. No nights or weekdays required - just 2-3 weekend shifts totaling 16-24 hours weekly. Training provided with same-week start dates available.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays per brand guidelines
- Operate POS systems and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Uphold safety standards and cleanliness protocols throughout the store
Qualifications
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) is non-negotiable
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to Austin location
- Must pass background check and drug screen
