Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing and technical issues efficiently using our CRM system
- Process orders and ensure accurate data entry in real-time
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions
- Participate in weekend team meetings for performance reviews
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Austin office location
