Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store and via phone/email
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Support promotional events and seasonal activities
Qualifications
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling comfort
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to adapt to changing store needs
- Valid North Carolina ID or driver's license
