Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience processes
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services and policies
- Support weekend inventory reconciliation and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
