Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through in-person interactions, product recommendations, and styling advice
- Process transactions using our advanced POS system while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays and maintain store aesthetics
- Manage inventory tasks including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting operations
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak shopping hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining brand service standards
- Contribute to weekend sales goals through upselling techniques and product knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
