Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service during weekend peak hours (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Manage inventory replenishment and visual merchandising to optimize weekend sales
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product expertise
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling and promotional activities
- Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
