Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone support to weekend customers
- Handle service inquiries, product information, and account management
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain organized store appearance and inventory levels
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet service goals
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with technology (POS systems, mobile apps)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6am-6pm)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
