Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at our downtown service center
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records using our proprietary systems
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency

Qualifications

- Reliable transportation to downtown location
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
