Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at our downtown Columbus location
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend staff to maintain store presentation and inventory
- Adapt to flexible scheduling changes while maintaining service standards
- Complete daily reporting tasks with attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
