Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage weekend client inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Support weekend operational activities and inventory management
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail or corporate setting
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities
- Valid Washington state ID for in-person client interactions
