Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our proprietary POS system
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain organized showroom displays and inventory systems
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless handovers
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling and cross-promotion
- Document customer feedback for continuous service improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Un weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays mandatory)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Valid California driver's license (if field support needed)
